ANOTHER VISITOR AND ANOTHER TRIP TO DISNEYLAND 1987
As I mentioned previously my oldest daughter (D3) was now old enough to travel away from home, so accompanied by her brother (D2), she came to Utah for a look around and to check how we were doing. Of course nobody came that far without a little trip to Disneyland. Once again during this time of our lives, it seemed that we were in LA as much as we were in Utah. Sitting here writing these posts and thinking back, it makes me wonder where all of the free time came from. It seems like I was always stressed out by work, however now, upon reflection, I can only remember the fun times.
In any event, as always, Deysi had everything organized for the kids and for the trips we made. All I had to do was go to work, make us some money and everything was taken care of when I got home. A quick change of clothes and the other car was already packed and off we went. Many of our trips started on a Friday afternoon and extended thru to the following Tuesday, so not a lot of time away from work was required. My memory of these trips remains of happy times, a full car, lots of banter from the kids, much laughter and some moderate whining about my marathon driving sessions.
Each one of these trips was an adventure. Deysi had everything planned down to rooms each night, meals, places to see and something to do that interested everyone. Again in this post I will let pictures and a brief video (clips from a longer home movie) do the talking. The video is rather long, however to get the full dynamic impact of the action I left most of it, as filmed in 1987.

I like the guest videographer! Also, Dean’s crop tops were the 80s at it’s best!
