I AM READY FOR SCHOOL SO EXCITED, NEW CLOTHES YAA

Today is a big day! after 50 years I will return to school today. One of my thousands (read 5) subscribers, after viewing my feeble attempts, to build this blog, has enrolled me in geek school! The course I am embarking on, is Computers for the Feeble of Mind. It is an intermediate course (grade 6 level). Here I am this morning, waiting outside the school with all my geek peers. Little guys and girls with tin lunch boxes, suspenders, a pocket shield for pencils and round rimmed specs. I must say I’m a little taller than most. However, I do have the right clothes on for this special day.

Thanks to mommy (Deysi). WAIT A MINUTE, there has just been an announcement! What, no way, let me get this straight! OMG they have just announced that because of the current virus threat and need for home isolation, that classes will be closed! ALSO THAT WE HAVE ALL PASSED and can move on to the senior level when they reopen. I PASSED, I PASSED. I can’t wait to get home and have some vacation. It was a long and tiring course!

Getting ready for my first day back at school

And then I woke up and reality hit. I still have to attend and complete this course. It’s online! Drat, my heart sank. I could still fail this intermediate course on WordPress website building. Crap I can barely understand the course description. Anyway, I am ready and waiting for the bell to ring and the course to start. Wish me good luck, but only if you mean it. My prolific blogging will be somewhat tamed during this period of intense study. The last thing I heard from my sponsor was “you bloody well better pass”! Armed with that positive reinforcement I jump into the chasm. Lord help me.

In reality, what getting ready really looks like this morning
