NEW!! NEW! THEME CHANGE, WHATDYA THINK?

I have just finished redesigning this blog. I must say I was very timid about stepping away from the first and only one I had ever built. And then into something new. It was way out of my comfort zone. I just kept making excuses why my original one was good enough. I thought, it didn’t need work, wasn’t broken and my biggest one was “well it’s free innit?” Anyway, I should have just changed it the first time Ange and Ron, said it looked primitive. They said it looked like I had made it with a hammer and chisel on a flat rock. Geezus, they had no idea how much it had stretched out my mind, just to get that far. I was drained and didn’t think I could go to another level. However, I decided what the heck. Why not reach for the stars.

Well I might just add that you don’t get any sympathy in this group. Nor any slack for age, mental capabilities or laziness. Around here they are right in your face. Then, when they can’t make me do something, they just tell their mom on me. Ron planted the seed. But it was Ange that picked up the ball and rolled over me, on her way to getting a fresh new blog site going. She knows a lot about this kinda stuff. It’s hard to argue, when the other person knows much more about it than you do. Anyway I sensed a feeling of embarrassment from all of them. Maybe in case someone they knew opened my site and viewed that miserable page.

Having said all of that. I did it, I now have a new design, and so far the four feedbacks that I have received were all positive. I hope you enjoy it and the new look makes it easier to see, find and read my posts. If not let me know (the old skin is not far away and could be draped back over this blog very easily). Please use the suggestion form at the bottom of the blog page to let me know if there is anything else I can fix, OR if everything is perfect OR if we need to go back to the Stone Ages with my previous Blog Skin. From here I move forward.
